How long will it take for my order to ship? keyboard_arrow_down

Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. During high-volume periods, processing times may experience delays. There might be delay in if wrong information such as address of contact number is provided. In the event that you are not able to receive a parcel, there will be a re-attempt delivery. If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge of $3 will be imposed for re-delivery.

Do you offer instant or same-day shipping for urgent worship needs? keyboard_arrow_down

Yes! In select areas, we offer instant or same-day delivery for urgent rituals in Ho Chi Minh. Simply select the "Instant Delivery" option at checkout if available in your area. For best results, place your order before 12 PM to ensure same-day delivery.

Where can I track my order? keyboard_arrow_down

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add contact@mail.worship.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. If you have not received your order statement email please contact us.

Which payment methods are accepted? keyboard_arrow_down

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

I typed in my wrong address and need to change it. keyboard_arrow_down

Please check your address on your confirmation email which is sent after purchase.

• If the product has not been shipped, don't worry, please send us the correct address as soon as possible so that it can be changed.
• If the product has already been shipped, we are sorry for that. Anything can't be changed in this situation. Maybe you can pay more attention to the logistics, you can get it from your local post office when your package arrives your country. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that we caused.

How do I change or cancel my order? keyboard_arrow_down

As soon as you place your order, we're on it – We know you want to receive your package ASAP! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can't cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete? keyboard_arrow_down

We're sorry to hear that you've received an broken item. We'll do our best to help you with this. Please reach out to our customer support at our contact us page.

Do you ship internationally? keyboard_arrow_down

We're currently only offering delivery within Vietnam. However, we truly appreciate your interest and are actively exploring options to serve international customers in the near future. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order? keyboard_arrow_down

We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Don't worry! Our policy lasts 30 days. Most of orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase and the item(s) must be in its original condition. Refunds do not include shipping cost.

We allow ONE exchange per invoice and exchanged item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Which items are not eligible for return? keyboard_arrow_down

We're unable to accept returns for:
• Worship packs
• Altar items (e.g. incense holders, altars, statues)
• Incense, candles, sage sticks, or soaps once opened or used
• Sale or promotional items.

When will I receive my refund? keyboard_arrow_down

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Kindly note that original shipping fees and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

We offer specialized presentation trays and traditional wrapping upon request.

Do you offer a digital or printed step-by-step ritual guide with each pack? keyboard_arrow_down

Each Worship Pack includes a downloadable PDF guide; printed copies are available for a small fee.

How do booking blessing services work? keyboard_arrow_down

Our blessing services are booked online. We coordinate a time and date that fits your ceremonial needs.

Is this service available for all kinds of ceremonies? keyboard_arrow_down

Yes, we provide services for a wide range of ceremonies, including weddings, births, housewarmings, and more.
